MSN account blocked due to user name.

@ Ry Da - again, thanks for your input. I had thought the same as you. I've spent ages going through all the "sites" but of course all you get is a list of "is this your query" etc. As I had said, I eventually managed an on-line chat with one of the assistants during last week , and to be very fair, she spent over half an hour trying to find me some department to contact. She finally did give me a link which she had hoped would genuinely get me somewhere, but when I used it I was once again over "old ground". I am not impressed that such a huge set-up cannot have even a small dedicated department where people like us can make real contact, and ask first hand why we have been blocked. I fully agree with you - is it too much to ask for a simple explanation?

There have been more conversations "closed" today - as you also rightly said, is MSN actually afraid of what people have to say. If so, then why provide facilities for us to express our views. Surely they are bound to know that we all have differing opinions, but, then, I thought it was called democracy!! As the saying goes "onwards and upwards"! I just continue to "ask for a review" and continue with the reply that the decision has been reversed and I should be able to post again soon - whenever soon may be!!

Somebody at Microsoft turned the woke dial to max and now everything is offensive.

Joking aside it is infuriating when there is a problem and there is no contact Microsoft option to explain what is happening but more importantly to get an explanation of what is going on and how long a fix will be.

Very poor company on that side.

No still not resolved and don't think it will for a very long time. Like Nunya said it should be a simple fix if someone had to ban you then it should be a simple process of unbanning. I suspect it is a bug somewhere and like I said a company the size of Microsoft with all the expertise at its disposal and they can't fix what appears to be a simple bug.

Maybe its called Microsoft because it can't handle the micro software problems.

Did this get resolved yet, I have tried 6 different profile names now, as someone who has been a customer for over 2 decades I find this to be really disturbing that MICROSOFT employees act like they got no clue.
