Thank you. I don't use wifi and didn't install the antennas. This was an easy fix for me.
Bluetooth Audio Choppy/Stuttering With Windows 11!! I have searched high and low on the internet for a solution, none worked
I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

2023-11-07T01:41:29+00:00 I scoured the internet for solutions to stop the Bluetooth stuttering from my computer in my office into the speakers in my kitchen. After trying many, many suggestions from individuals and professional internet sites, I gave up. After months without it, I had the thought that maybe the problem is in the dongle. I bought an inexpensive ($7) but more powerful dongle and the problem was fixed once installed. I cannot believe that this possible cause for Bluetooth stuttering is not posted anywhere that I saw on the internet. Repost it and save people a lot of hassle.

2023-11-13T00:50:43+00:00 Thank you for your post. I was experiencing the same issue with a fairly new custom gaming PC. This issue was driving me crazy, I never considered the WiFi antenna to be the blue tooth antenna as well. Once I connected it my issue was resolved!

2023-11-19T04:48:41+00:00 Thanks for the solution. I checked my motherboard box and found the Wi-Fi adapter. I never thought to use it because I would be using Ethernet. I didn't realize it also doubles as a Bluetooth antenna. Problem solved.

2023-11-22T22:33:08+00:00 Totally forgot I installed a card like that for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Removed the antennas a long time ago since it's a desktop and always use a hardwire connection. Found the antennas and put them back on and problem fixed. Thank you!
