I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

Holy ****. 2 motherboards and endless hours later, I learn those stupid antennas I don't use cuz I don't use wi-fi, are ALSO for BT. Fished them out of the MB box, hooked 'em up, everything works great!! Now time to change about 172 settings back lol. Thank you, thank you,. thank you

Seriously?!?! All this time just hating Windows 11 and the horrible, lame Bluetooth that just stinks and lo and behold it was me not connecting the otherwise completely useless WiFi antenna on my motherboard. Shame on ASUS and Windows for just bypassing this detail in troubleshooting. Shame on me for not reading better and plugging that thing in.

Hey all, I had the same issue with the audio cutting out on my with bluetooth devices. My issue was that I am using the mobile hotspot feature (though this might be true of any wifi connection) and it was interfering with the bluetooth signal.
I fixed the issue by going into the device manager > network adapters > and then right clicking on my wifi adapter and under advanced you can go to the property named preferred band and changing the value to 5GHz.
In my case I was able to solve it by disabling the wireless network adapter and the Bluethoot network connection adapter in network connections, (Press Windows + R on the keyboard and type ncpa.cpl followed by run, Right click on the wireless network adapter and disable).
Of course you must be connected to the network by cable if you do not want to lose connection :)
