Hello Zay999,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
It's unfortunate that your Bluetooth device is not working properly on your new computer, and I sympathize with you.
Thank you for your efforts to resolve this issue and I appreciate active users like you.
From your description, there is no problem with your Bluetooth device, this may be a problem with your system and Bluetooth device compatibility.
Did you have this problem with your computer when you first bought it? Was the system version updated before this?
You can head over to the Windows Update log and check it out, and if you can, uninstall the latest update.
Open Settings > click Windows Update > Update history> Uninstall Updates > click the update you want to uninstall > click the "Uninstall" button above.
In fact, we have recently received feedback from other users with similar problems, Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, the development team will review regularly, and every user's feedback may be noticed.
Please share the feedback link after submitting, I will vote for you. You can also share with your friends and family members, more votes will make the development team notice more quickly.
I won't be able to help you, but I'll leave that question open in case one of our amazing volunteers has ideas for you.
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Best Regards,
Lenka-MSFT| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
