Bluetooth Audio Choppy/Stuttering With Windows 11!! I have searched high and low on the internet for a solution, none worked

I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

    After 1yr+ of "suffering" with this issue and running audio troubleshooter, changing audio format and installing codecs, enabling and disabling audio enhancements, using microsoft generic drivers, reinstalling audio drivers mobo site, reinstalling graphic drivers, clean installing Windows 11, updating bios and firmware, changing power plan, minimum processor state etc. etc, yesterday I found your post, THANK YOU! Since I wasn't using the WIFI built into my mobo, I never used the antenas that came with it. In the past, I partially "cured" the issue by disabling the onboard Bluetooth and using an USB Bluetooth antena as you also suggest, but at some point the issue would come back.

    Again, I'm glad for your post and for having found it a year later!

    Your solution sounds similar to what worked for me:

    1. Right-click on volume button in the task bar
    2. Choose "Open Sound Settings"
    3. Find "Output" section and click on "Manage Sound Devices"
    4. Find anything with "Hands-Free AG Audio" in the name, click that and choose "Disable"
    5. Find "Input" section and click on "Manage Sound Devices"
    6. Again, find anything with "Hands-Free AG Audio" in the name, click that and choose "Disable"

    This will disable any microphone that you might be using for that headset, through your computer, but it has resolved severe stuttering for both my Cowin bluetooth headset and my Bose bluetooth headset. It's not a great solution, and I hope that Microsoft finds a way to help us have a better bluetooth experience.
