Bluetooth Audio Choppy/Stuttering With Windows 11!! I have searched high and low on the internet for a solution, none worked

I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

    I found a solution that worked for me. Credit to u/LolCate on reddit 6 years ago!

    1. Open settings and go to Bluetooth & devices > Devices
    2. Scroll down to “More devices and printer settings”.  Click this to open “Devices and Printers”.
    3. Right-click your headset (Xbox Wireless Headset under Multimedia Devices for me) and select “Properties”.
    4. Select the “Services” tab, uncheck “Handsfree Telephony”, and click “Apply”.  I had to turn the headset off and on again, and voila!  Good sound!

    I found under the settings for turning on and removing Bluetooth devices that the Bluetooth radio is able to be removed while it's on. So I remove the Bluetooth radio from the list and then when I went down to the taskbar even the whole Bluetooth setting was removed from the taskbar. The Bluetooth reinstalls and starts up again with a restart and I haven't heard any ships yet.

    This works yes, but the problem at least for me is after using this fix then I have a Zoom meeting the system uses the laptop mic which is poor and not the headphone mic which is good (part of the reason I got the headphones). Then I have to dig around in the settings (if I remember how to run the fix) change the settings for my Zoom call. Then later if I want to get some work done and listen to music (I have ADHD certain music aids me greatly when doing work) I have to remember or look up this weird Telephony fix and do it again. It is a BIIIGG waste of my time, I've done it over and over- very annoying. It makes me question why the hell I ever switched over to a Windows machine to begin with. Maybe it's time to try Linux. Ugh. Come on Microsoft, PLEASE FIX THIS. PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEE.

    This! Been searching ages for a solution since I upgraded to Windows 11 - didnt have any issues on Windows 10, IT were going to send me a new laptop as updating drivers didnt work. This worked.
