this seems to have solved my issue where my new SkullCandy Crusher Evo audio stutters.
Bluetooth Audio Choppy/Stuttering With Windows 11!! I have searched high and low on the internet for a solution, none worked
I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

2023-11-23T16:28:24+00:00 And although there are many that have fixed the issues with installing their antenna's.
There is still an issue with the blue tooth, audio studdering, mouse jump, print connections etc.
On a motherboard without a wifi card, and no installed Bluetooth. I use an add-on usb dongle.
Both the MB and dongle are asus.
Putting it in 2 or 3, unconnecting all sources around it, and the PC to see what is producing the issue.
Nothing changes. This is not an asus issue, and not a hardware issue. I can reproduce on a dell with windows 11, with the same dongle or with the onboard.
The dongle and head phones and printer and everything else works on windows 10 and on the laptop with 10.
This is a windows 11 issue. -

2023-11-22T22:33:08+00:00 Totally forgot I installed a card like that for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Removed the antennas a long time ago since it's a desktop and always use a hardwire connection. Found the antennas and put them back on and problem fixed. Thank you!

2023-11-19T04:48:41+00:00 Thanks for the solution. I checked my motherboard box and found the Wi-Fi adapter. I never thought to use it because I would be using Ethernet. I didn't realize it also doubles as a Bluetooth antenna. Problem solved.
