For me, it was the Wi-Fi antennas. They’re not just antennas for Wi-Fi. They’re also antennas for Bluetooth. The second I plugged them in the stuttering, went away, and problem was solved.

I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

2023-07-30T13:12:46+00:00 Marcos I could kiss you right now. This was doing my absolute head in. I never installed the antenna because I go direct with ethernet cable and don't require wifi. I had no idea that was also a Bluetooth antenna. Sound is impeccable now. Thank you once again!

If your motherboard has the connection for WiFi antennas, then your Bluetooth antennas are going to be these. Make sure they are attached correctly. As you mention your computer is new, probably this would be the issue.
Otherwise I'd recommend to buy an USB Bluetooth antenna and see if the issue persists. If so, it's something with your system

All this time just hating Windows 11 and the horrible, lame Bluetooth that just stinks and lo and behold it was me not connecting the otherwise completely useless WiFi antenna on my motherboard. Shame on ASUS and Windows for just bypassing this detail in troubleshooting. Shame on me for not reading better and plugging that thing in.
And beers for my new friend who showed me the error of my ways!
