I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

MS needs to come up with a patch for this issue. When a bunch of us are having the same problem, it must be Windows 11. I have tried four different earbuds/headphones. Come on MS get it together you make enough $$$$ off of us so come up with a patch and FIX it we're getting very frustrated!!
Bluetooth & Devices isn't in the Control Panel, it's in the windows settings menu.
I think turning off hands free telephony will work for 90% of people because it's bluetooth bandwidth issue, and hands free voice takes up half the bandwidth even when not in use. Turning it off entirely opens up all the bandwidth to the incoming sounds and fixes the issue for most.

I appreciate your fix- this will work with 6 year old machines running windows 10 maybe.
I have an asus, with a plugin BT, and bt phones/mic, fairly new, 2mos. I tested a friends, worked flawless in win 10.
In win 11 there is no, properties to look for, no settings in the BT driver or the headphones to adjust.
Like most things in windows 11 there is not "properties" or settings.
This is strictly a windows 11 issue.
And I work at support for 5k+ pc's.
This is easily reproduceable, and I have compatriots that will not go windows 11 because of it.
Microsoft has to address this issue.
It affects gaming as well as sound reproduction.

I had the same issue.
If your motherboard has the connection for WiFi antennas, then your Bluetooth antennas are going to be these. Make sure they are attached correctly. As you mention your computer is new, probably this would be the issue.
Otherwise I'd recommend to buy an USB Bluetooth antenna and see if the issue persists. If so, it's something with your system
