I've tried all these things, and I don't even have the blinking red. Nada. Nothing added to my screenshots folder, no popup. PITA.
Why does my snipping tool no longer bring up the pop up image to edit?
My Snip tool used to bring the image I captured in a pop up automatically, that I could edit when using the windows key & Ctrl S. It no longer does this? Is there a setting I need to change? I have to actually open the Snip Tool Menu to get this to work now. Not sure if some update was done by my IT people that changed this.

2023-04-13T22:25:32+00:00 I want the snip to pop up as soon as the snip is taken. I used Snip & Sketch in Windows 10 and that worked superbly, and it was very fast. It's not in the Windows APP Store or the Google one.
?What is a toast notification?

2023-04-13T21:00:42+00:00 I reset the Snipping tool several times and it has made no difference. Why am I faffing about with this when Snip & Sketch worked flawlessly on Windows 10. It's very irritating when something that works exceptionally well like Windows 10 is messed with in the name of improvement.
