Windows 11 surround 5.1 doesn't work on the back channel

hi

i have a fresh installed system, with:

motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II

Nvidia 3060 v2

i have a classic 5.1 with 3 connectors, my issue is that only if a game for example cyberpunk 2077 and when i use VLC i can hear that all 5.1 channels are woking fine.

but, everywere else on the system the 5.1 doesn't work, like, firefox, spotify, netflix windows app etc...

i tried to changange some settings but nothing changed, tried to reinstall to, change the drivers but nothing to do.

tried to change setting on the Realtheck Audio Control programm, it's worst the i immagined ... the dB setting, the distance and all whe switches are not working

the only way to change the dB was to change it in the advanced audio proprieties.

My issue is that the surround system is not working with firefox, spotify and onther programs.

I have searched on the web since 1 month, and i'm writing here for desparation, because i can't find a solution for this mistery.

    don't have any spare harddik with win 10 installed, and i can't try it because to remove the win11 ssd i need to dissassemble the entire pc .... :(

    I just Found The Solution
    Choose The First One

    This Will Get Back The ENHANCEMENT Setting

    Then Configure The Speakers

    Ignore all Further UPDATES for the DRIVER

    hi, tried in the past, and it broke the entire audio driver sistem connected to all the SW, it did work halfway, but broke averything else.

    do not do this solution, it's a really bad idea.

    when i did it needed to do a fresh install of the entire windows to fix this.

    Realy, do not do this....

    p.s. i install manually the realteck drivers too, different version too. you can find it averything in this thread.

    I Use The 5.1 Channel Sound CARD which i have been Using Long Ago
    But after i build this MACHINE i thought i ll get rid of this SOUND CARD because the Motherboard is Very HIGH END and Got all the 3.5mm Jacks
    Worked for few Days untill i was on Windows 10 after Update The HIGH DEF AUDIO MANAGER was gone and the REALTEK AUDIO CONTROL did Nothing
