Enter your computer bios settings
go to the section Advanced\ CPU Configuration\ CPU- Power Management Control
head down to Acoustic Noise Settings left click to enter that section or press enter depending on your system.
click enable Acoustic Noise Mitigation then just leave everything else in their default now click back to get back to the advanced screen.
Follow this up by going to the section advanced\ Onboard Devices Configuration check and enable the HD Audio feature.
If any part of your Audio speaks are using USB port you may want to ensure all legacy usb ports are enabled too as there could be clashing with another device causing abnormal play back sound.
there is also possiblility Audio jacks plugs are not designed for the audio ports on the motherboard too.
