how to enable sound equalization in windows 11
I am attempting to enable audio equalization for windows 11. I followed a video tutorial, by downloading the latest Realtek audio driver, then opening my sound settings and enabling the equalizer. I am not given this option. I see no equalizer selection in my sound settings. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
bigbeardedbuddy.

It depends on what asus bundled with your specific laptop model.
It may be Studio Sonic 3. It may be DTS.
They may also not give you a 5/10 band equalizer at all and instead give you a bunch of smart pre-sets (like movie mode to enhance mid frequencies for dialog and gaming mode to enhance bass for explosions).
In that case, then just download an EQ like Equalizer APO.
