Hi again, Followed your instructions. Uninstalled Realtek Audio, restarted system, checked properties, exact same thing. I'm also assuming that when you restart the system, it automatically reinstalls the realtek driver? Anyhow, no change from last time. Sorry.
how to enable sound equalization in windows 11
I am attempting to enable audio equalization for windows 11. I followed a video tutorial, by downloading the latest Realtek audio driver, then opening my sound settings and enabling the equalizer. I am not given this option. I see no equalizer selection in my sound settings. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
bigbeardedbuddy.

2022-12-19T03:17:05+00:00 I see. Yes, Windows reinstall the default. If you haven't tried the Realtek audio driver provided on the laptop manufacturer's website, please try that. If you already try it and the issue still persists, you can either contact the laptop manufacturer's support so they can assess the situation or get in touch with a Microsoft agent so they can remotely access your laptop to check. You can use this form to create the support ticket.

2022-12-19T16:27:51+00:00 All audio configurations are done via the audio configuration app (such as realtek audio console, dell audio app, waves maxxaudio pro app, hp audio app, b&o audio app).
If your realtek audio console app doesn't have EQ or loudness equalization, it means that your computer has premium audio (dolby, dts, nahimic...) and those features have moved to the premium audio app --- such as this lenovo dolby app with volume leveler (which is "loudness equalization).
