how to enable sound equalization in windows 11
I am attempting to enable audio equalization for windows 11. I followed a video tutorial, by downloading the latest Realtek audio driver, then opening my sound settings and enabling the equalizer. I am not given this option. I see no equalizer selection in my sound settings. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
bigbeardedbuddy.

I already gave the correct answer all the way back on page 1.
NOTHING is missing. It has ALWAYS been like this. People like fireberd figured it out back in Windows 7 over 10 years ago. If stuff is missing (10 band EQ missing from fireberd's gigabyte branded realtek hd audio manager) then the 10 band EQ got moved to the premium audio app (his soundblaster app).

If they give you a 10 band equalization in the realtek audio console app AND they also give you a 10 band equalization in the premium audio app. What happens? You are going to accidentally turn BOTH on and ruin your sound. So the 10 band EQ gets deleted in the realtek audio console app. It is really this simple.
If your realtek audio console is missing features and the premium audio app is also missing those features. Then tough luck. Complain to your computer manufacturer. It has nothing to do with Microsoft or Realtek. And go and install stuff like equalizer APO.
