Phone Link not showing Contact Names....again

To add a little bit of confusion to my solution stated in the previous post, removing these ( ) by editing my contacts phone numbers, now properly shows all the names of the individuals who are in on the test message, however text messages from a single contact show, in the message header, the contact name and phone number but with the ( ) added back in.

It appears that Phone Link displays the message header with the ( ) even if the phone numbers entered in the data section do not use the ( ).

I wish you luck.  For no reason, I suspect the issue was duplicates across more than 1 server.  Mine were spread across four different servers as explained in my previous email.  The fourth server, not discussed in previous post, was my local phone database.Just for clarity, I now keep all my contacts in office365 and keep the other servers clear of all contact records.  This has other advantages like only one database to backup and the o365 server is easily backed up using the Outlook client by running it on several computers and my phone where each client is configured to download ALL records.  It is then simple to get an external backup by exporting a .pst file occasionally.  This issue was caused by the Samsung phone upgrade process run amok.
