How did you manage to delete them? On outlook.com? It's not a list, it is a Category, and I have not found a way to delete my 12 000 contacts other than one by one, with a confirmation question in between.
Phone Link not showing Contact Names....again
Displays mix of number and contact names. Used to display Names only. It's free, so I guess I get what I pay for?

2023-03-22T17:57:13+00:00 I recently had a similar problem with only about 1000 contacts. I noticed in Outlook a new contact list had been created with a "sync to..." name. Wth, I deleted it things returned to less that good, but functional.

2023-03-17T00:04:31+00:00 Happened again today. There are numerous threads running on this topic. There isn't enough time to go through them all to see if anyone has found a fix. Switching to another product may be the only answer.

2023-03-16T10:46:01+00:00 Hi John JT, ET al,
I have done this so many times I have not counted. It works for a few time, then back to pathetic service from MS once again.
Very, very frustrating.

I was able to fix this on my computer by following these steps:
- In the Phone Link app on PC, go to Settings, click the My Devices tab, and use the ellipsis (...) menu on your device to remove it, then close the app.
- On your phone (mine is an Android), go to Settings, Apps, Link to Windows, Open, then remove your PC from the Linked Computers section.
- Restart your phone.
- Re-link the phone and PC by restarting the Phone Link app on your PC and following the step to add your device.
- Perhaps this is the critical thing, but I noticed in the Link to Windows app on Android, there is a toggle to "Sync contacts" under the list of Linked Computers, which was disabled for me. Turn this on.
Contacts are showing up again for me now - yay!
I have no idea how many times I have had to go through this process. It is happening over and over on both Win 10 and Win 11. I am fairly meticulous about making sure I have current versions of the OS and apps.
