Windows 11 saying "Some of these settings are managed by your organization" even though there is no organization connected

For some reason, my system keeps telling me that some settings are managed by my organization, but I don't have any organization accounts connected, plus I'm on Windows 11 Home single-language, and it doesn't let me send diagnostic data for my W.I.P build too.

Please try this if it helps.

Press Windows Key+R to open run then type: cmd

Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to run it as administrator

Copy and paste each command one at a time then press Enter.

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

Please proceed to the next commands in case you receive any errors.

When all commands have been entered. Restart your computer then check if the issue persists.

    Hi, thanks for your answer but:

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

    gave me an access denied error

    Hi, I'm on my phone right now, the organisation problem is fixed! But the optimal data thing keeps turning off when i turn it back on and exit that tab... And with that I cannot access the W.I.P. And when I try to use that command which gave me the access denied error now says that it the delete request is particularly completed and keeps saying that over and over, and now it says that access is denied again.. and manually trying to delete it with regedit gives me and error saying "Error while deleting key." That's all I have for now.
