Windows 11 saying "Some of these settings are managed by your organization" even though there is no organization connected

For some reason, my system keeps telling me that some settings are managed by my organization, but I don't have any organization accounts connected, plus I'm on Windows 11 Home single-language, and it doesn't let me send diagnostic data for my W.I.P build too.

Press Windows Key+R to open run then type: cmd

Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to run it as administrator

Copy and paste each command one at a time then press Enter.

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

Please proceed to the next commands in case you receive any errors.

When all commands have been entered. Restart your computer then check if the issue persists.

    Whenever you see "managed by an organization" or some variant of that, it means that the setting or feature in question is setup in the Group Policy Editor rather than the Settings app. That's all it meams.

    Microsoft uses the wording 'managed by an organization' because the Group Policy Editor is typically managed by the IT department in large organizations. If you do not belong to an organization, then you are your IT department. If that's the case, sign in to the Administrator account and search for: edit group policy

    Warning - The settings in the Group Policy Editor (they are actually known as policies) can have far-reaching effects on your computer, so be careful!

    As an illustration: My computers do not belong to any organization. For my Windows 10 computer, I did not want to get driver updates through Windows Update. To stop this I had to sign in to the Administrator account, launch the Group Policy Editor, and disable the policy for receiving driver updates though Windows Update. When I returned to my normal user account, what do you suppose I saw in the Settings app?

    Some settings are managed by your organization.

    Sometimes, changes to group policies are made by the software you install. This is especially true for antivirus and other similar protection software that you install. An antivirus program may tighten your computer's overall security in this way.

    Incidentally, a similar process applies to web browsers. For this reason, in Chromium-based browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, you may see a message that your browser is 'managed by an organization'.

    It saddens me to see people making unsupported and possibly unwise changes to their computers to fix a 'problem' that was never a problem in the first place.

    That would be nice, wouldn’t it. I tried the above but I got an error msg: Access Denied on my laptop. This is ridiculous. It affects Chrome as well.
