This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

    I first clicked on the link you provided, and my computer security flagged it is dangerous. So, I didn't use it. I then tried other steps and that didn't help. So, I went back and clicked on the link again, but this time said keep it. It ran the Hide portion and when I went back and clicked search for updates the HP Error was gone. Thank you so much for providing a useful tool and instructions. I'm no software wiz by any means, I need pictures and PowerPoints to get me through it.

    Great! Thanks for trying my idea. Works every time! bonus is after reinstalling printer it blocks feature update for my clients who don't want to right now. No one else here are anywhere else has a better method that actually works!
