    it says its blocked bc its harmful for my divice

    I doubt that the driver is blocked? - I think you mean the Microsoft tool to stop updates is blocked - if so ignore and say keep anyway and run it but it won't work after next updates

    Because it is ALREADY installed but HP and Microsoft are too clueless to fix it! My fix works - but it's just a work around.

    agreed my fix works until next update but at least keeps your pc update - Richard Obay help [?] useless and clueless as all the experts are here
