I've had this start happening since early December. It has now touched 14 clients. a Permanant solution would be nice. The last solution doesn't save any changes (Overwrite events as needed), and a complete new install doesn't fix the issue either.

Nothing seems to have fix it. I tried the registry, GPO for the domain. It will fill up and bomb out.

This must have happened after a recent recent update. Now several of my computer in the domain are exhibiting this issue.

Thanks. Let's restart the event viewer service. Here's how:

    1. Press windows + r
    2. Type services.msc
    3. From the services windows, scroll down and look for Windows Event Log
    4. Right click on it and choose Stop
    5. Once stopped, choose restart.

    Go back to event viewer.

    1. Go to Windows Logs > Security > Properties
    2. Make sure the settings are the same (Overwrite events as needed)
    3. Check if the logs still indicate it is full.

Let me know what happens next.
