RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1

Install error - 0x80070103

Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

    Minulla on kaikki nämä päivitys ongelmat, en saa millään päivitettyä näitä. Torstaina ostin hp kannettavan koneen ja nyt jo on päivitysten kanssa ongelmia. Olen yrittänyt tehdä täältä saaduilla ohjeilla mutta tässä nämä ovat edelleen päivittymättä. Onko nämä edes mitään tärkeitä, että voinko vain jättää huomioimatta näitä?
