    I found a really easy fix. This error is due to the updates already being installed.

    Simply scroll down in the Windows Updates, and:

    1. click on pause updates for 1 week.
    2. resume updates again

    Windows updates will recheck for new updates and it will be fixed.

    holy **** dude ive been trying to figure this out for hours and it was literally that simple

    Very helpful, instructions seem tedious, but they are not, as long as someone is patient this should help.

    I think this recent issue is separate from the issue that Rafael originally presented last year, since a lot of people from both Windows 10 and 11 across different platforms are talking about how they're having this problem.
