Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).

I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

    Sorry for the late reply but it is now Janruary 17, 2023 and I have the same issue, Windows is up to date and all. Why hasnt it been fixed yet?

    I had tried various methods as suggested on Microsoft Community, but was unable to solve above issue for past few months. I decided to Reset, while keeping personal data. After Reset today, I am able to toggle On/Off for; Core Isolation > Memory Integrity. Also while checking Security Processor, I am able to see TPM.

    I feel, if similar issue occur again during future update, maybe I will wait for next major update, so as not to waste so much time on such issue.

    Also, I was informed by a computer retailer technician that they frequently encountered Windows 11 update errors, on their dept's (branded) computer. As their computer has no data to backup, they frequently perform Clean Installation at least "once a month", followed by Windows 11 update, to overcome Windows update errors.

    By the way, my PC as following:
    Asus H610 motherboard
    Intel I5-12400 cpu
    2 x 8gb 2400mhz Kingston ram
    Win10 Home to Pro, then to Win11 Pro

    If you've a recovery drive with either Windows 10 or 11, you can try the steps I've said, and you'll have your problems get fixed. Or else try a clean Windows 10 or 11 install on your system and have your system files backed up.

    If you're going for clean install, I would recommend Windows 10 and wait for Windows 11 to get the issue fixed and then you can plan for an upgrade.
