Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).
I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

Correct. Everyone should be careful and be practical whenever anyone suggests any fix for your problem.
Anybody has a fix for your problem that's fine, as the forum is meant for this purpose. But please do check and make sure you don't end up harming your system by following any random solutions given by any of the user here. It's better to check twice. Thanks
Please do report this issue to the Windows Security Team. Let us wait for the next update and hope Microsoft fixes this recurring bug as soon as possible.
This worked! Thank you sir! I had tried for so long, I had quadruple checked every single setting, I was scratching my head for over 2 hours trying to solve this. Just did a reset of windows a few days ago and only noticed that this wasn't working until today. I figure it must be something to do with re-installing new versions of windows, maybe sometimes it doesn't install? Not entirely sure. Anyways, thanks again!
To solve this problem you have to follow my instructions that I put on page 6, to download and install the Windows Security Platform application.
I was able to see my TPM and my other options (core isolation f.i.) underneath device security until i reinstalled Windows 11.
Before i did a complete reinstall there were no problems with it.
Under tpm.msc and in my bios all is set to go. Secure boot and Ypm are ready. But still it suddnely says i cannot acces my device security.
Mind you, nothing changed in my system, except for a clean reinstall of windows 11.
