Why are MSN comments so overly censored?

Literally cannot even use words like "you" and "put" it is beyond stupid. Comments aren't even remotely offensive. Fix the filters or just disable comments. It is infuriating

    THANKS MUCH DON. I DID NOT KNOW ALL COMMENTS WERE DISABLED, I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME. BUT I TRIED TO COMMENT JUST LAST WEEK AND IT WOULD NOT LET ME. I TRIED TO EVEN JUST SAY SUPER POSITIVE THINGS AND IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST THEM. IT IS SUPER MESSED UP. LIKE MY HOTMAIL OF LATE, INNUNDATED WITH JUNK MAIL, AND THEIR JUNK MAIL IS ALSO BROKEN FOR HOTMAIL USERS, SEEMS ITS TIME TO ABANDON MSN. SAD, WHO IS RUNNING THAT SHOW? CAUSE THEY COULD DO MUCH BETTER. HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY.

    Mitchell,

    You are giving guidance to people, then people are telling you that when they do what you suggest, the link is broken and it just gives you the run around. One used to be able to contact microsoft, now we can not. <removed> Thank you.

    There are two ways to submit feedback to or ask for help from MSN:

    1. The Feedback link that's on nearly every MSN webpage.
    2. Edge > 3 dots > Edge > Help and feedback > Send feedback.

    There is not a phone number or an email address.

    Commenting on MSN articles is currently shut down completely, is it not?
