Where are my owned apps in microsoft store on windows 11?

I have been looking for a while now after just updating to windows 11 and I cannot locate my already owned app library in Microsoft store. Where is it and how do I get there?

    I am so confused, can someone link the store app or just tell me where it is cause I got a game, but do no see where to find it as I am only on the website not the app. much appreciated

    I would like to know the same thing for themes. I don't remember the names but I have been using theme forever and love them. I am having to scroll through all of them until I see it and it does say owned. I can't search for owned, there isn't a tab, and they aren't in my library, and didn't transfer over.
