When I updated my machine to Windows 11, the quick access items were moved beneath OneDrive in the File Explorer navigation pane. This is a big inconvenience since I always have my OneDrive folder expanded and can no longer scroll to the top to access my pinned folders. How do I get the pinned Quick Access items back to the top of the navigation pane where I can – ironically – access them quickly?

It always amazes me how Windows Developer on each new Windows version; they just make dump decisions by making features daily used by users harder to use or impossible such as this one, or the new useless start menu on win11 that remove all the cool and useful features of win10 start menu, or the new simplify popup menu when you right click on an icon that I have to always click on "Show more options" just to get the option that I want.
In the left panel of Explorer, right-click and select Show This PC. Now you'll be able to reorder your Quick Access items. Then, you can right-click again and de-select Show This PC. Just make sure you're done reordering, because now you can't reorder them again. No really. It's that stupid.

Why fix something that is not broken?
With each update, you make the most bizarre and dumb changes.
Just let us move things however we want: it's really not complicated.
We have to use third party tools like "7+ Taskbar Tweaker" or "Windhawk", just to name a few, to fix your mistakes.
This is absolutely **** retarded. Since when can't I move things around? What is stopping it? Does Microsoft think we're all bumbling idiots that we can't sort things on our own and that OneDrive is so amazing and useful that it has to be at the top no matter what? Jesus Christ, get a dose of reality. This is why I want to go to back to Windows 10, Microsoft can never make 2 OSs in a row that are good. They always make one really good one then really **** awful one. I can't wait for Windows 12. I might downgrade to 10 because of this, this is unacceptable.

The issue is with Win11, not Win10.
I do not understand this statement or its intent: "Make sure you have Quick Access selected over This PC in File Explorer > View > Options > Change Folder and Search Options > General tab > Open File Explorer to > Quick Access."
