WIndows 11 - Standard hardware security not supported

I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 and for some reason Device Security is saying Standard hardware security not supported.

I have the following settings:

Secure Boot State - On

BIOS Mode - UEFI

tpm.msc - The TPM is ready for use.

DEP - On for all applications.

I also have SVM turned on and Windows Subsystem successfully running Ubuntu 20.04.

What am I doing wrong? Also I can't dismiss the Windows Security - Actions recommended for Device security.

    I tried this and worked for me

    i suggest tried below option and it will work

    Try reinstalling Windows Security Platform with the new update. Download from this link the folder that contains the application:

    Now follow these steps:

    1. Create a restore point first
    2. Unzip the downloaded ZIP file on the Desktop
    3. Navigate to the location C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth to take ownership of that folder:

    Properties > Security > Advanced Options > Change > Administrators

    Check the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" box and click Apply.

    In the "SecurityHealth Permissions" window select Administrators > Full Control. Apply.

    1. Copy the "1.0.2207.20002-0" folder on the Desktop to the SecurityHealth folder

    1. Open the folder and run the application "Microsoft.SecHealthUI_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx" as administrator to update.
    2. Restart the computer.

    Dropbox is not a secure platform. I'm sorry you find skepticism offensive. If you represent Microsoft and you say this is OK then that's all we are looking for.

    Janruary 17, still broken. I did a reset yesterday, not knowing this would happen. I seriously hope Microsoft will fix this soon, it is driving me crazy, I did everything, driver check with Command Prompt (didnt find anything), I checked all the requirements I need to have the options for Device Security, they are all enabled. Still broken, very annoying.

    I just did a cloud reset and the badge doesn't show an error, but it still says Standard hardware security not supported.

    I also installed a firmware upgrade from Dell and it went in automatically. This tells me the security is really not functioning.
