Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    Guys For all that have don't have the Choose where to get app option take a look at this video. it solved my issues and super quick.

    i can't figure out how to **** do it. i wish this company would stop doing this with their computers and make it optional with all models. i hope they don't include this feature in their next update because it really ticks me off

    You have to turn off S mode.. I just had this happen.. i just messaged MS and they remoted in and changed it to not S mode and turned on the app from anywhere setting... took about 10 minutes to get someone on and it was all fixed..
