I keep getting notification that I have an update to install, but when I try to install the update, I get this error message:

What is going on? Nothing seems to work.

    I have been struggling with the HP USB Install error - 0x80070103 for months. It was beyond my ability to correct. I tried everything including hiding it. The information shared worked beautifully. Thank you so much for articulating it in a way many can understand. Lastly, thank you for taking the time to share the information.
