I had the same issue, for me, removing the graphics card's entry from the device manager and uninstalling any amd graphics driver and then installing a fresh one fixed it.

I started my computer and it was laggy, I decided to check my drive for updates, all of them were completed except one, the Graphics was unable to update.

2024-07-21T14:04:54+00:00 Hi, I faced an error 207 when I installed a driver of AMD graphic card in window 11 before I used Windows 10 but now I want to shift to window 11 other things are well just the graphic card did not work in a premier pro when I check in task manager or performance there is no graphic card showing I feel the drivers lost but when is installed the drivers I face error installation completed but window detecting issue in graphic device I also checked every updated and file kindly help. am waiting for your response .............
