Windows 11 reboots itself - Annoying!

Hi All,

I have windows 11 installed on "HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC".

Windows ver: 21H2 (OS Build 22000.1098)

It reboots itself during the night every day more than once though I only lock the computer. Before I used to hibernate/lock the computer to start where I left off my open programs. There are days when I reboot every 2 or 3 weeks because I never needed to reboot but now it does it every night.

It started doing this after the recent update.

Note: The power settings were working fine as it is still the same. But it reboots for no reason.

    it looks like you need to manually install it to your computer first. follow the method 1 windows 10 instruction. https://www.askvg.com/how-to-enable-group-policy-editor-gpedit-msc-in-windows-7-home-premium-home-basic-and-starter-editions/

    I got a message "Window cannot find "gpedit.msc", so couldn't even get past the first step.

    Bought a thumb computer that came with windows 11. First use was with one monitor and just messing around, Never did any updates to it that I can recall but eventually put it aside and didn't use it for a long time, never recalled any of the reboot **** then. Got it out the other day and replaced an old desktop system in the "library" connected to two monitors and let it update itself to all the latest updates and now the damn thing reboots EVERY morning one time after it is started and after I open Edge and Thunderbird. Seems to wait until this apps are opened before it just tells me it is going to restart with no option to stop this outrageous ****. EVERY MORNING!!!!!! Based on my experience with other bugs Micrsoft has actually fixed, we can plan on this taking at least another two years before they figure it out. IT IS BECAUSE OF A SCREWED UP UPDATE YOU DID, MICROSOFT!!!!!!!!!!
