This worked for me. I disconnected printer from laptop (USB), executed the download, program told me to connect printer, and it was done. Took about 15 seconds

    It hasn't worked for me. Can someone help me? I have executed the download but it does not complete, it stops shortly after starting and disappears.

    Thank you very much, but it didn't work for me. :(

    I have followed all the steps, but, in the last step, I get a message that says:

    "The printer driver was not installed. The system cannot find the file specified."

    I don't think I've done anything wrong or different from what he explains in the video.

    Any additional ideas?
