Don't know if this helps anybody, but been having issues with windows 11 killing m.2 drives, games crashing, ect. For the last 2 years. I like to oc my hardware so i'm always messing with stuff in the bios, updating bios. Everything was ruining great for once then after updating my bios problems, problems, games not installing(crashing system reset)
The culprit ended up being Secureboot settings. In bios had the tpm module thingy was enabled, but when i checked it in windows system>privacy & security> windows security> device security> security processor details NO TPM SHOWED UP.
The problem was in the bios in secure boot setting I had it in CUSTOM MODE instead of STANDARD, It said it was active but not totally I guess.
Once I got the TPM module to show up in windows all my issues disappeared.
Hope this helps...
