Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound

Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

    Identical problem. Spent considerable time with Dell and the problem persists. Microsoft has not provided a fix yet. Waiting to hear back from TOZO to see if they have a driver update to fix it.

    Have the same issue, Tozo t6 worked just fine with windows 10, now they are useless since windows 11 doesn't work with them.
    Don't ask for system information or any other suggestions, it is purely a windows 11 issue. when you are going to fix this?

    Hi...I have a similar problem to my wireless Bluetooth earbuds. I try to using them (I have 2 device from Oppo and Huawei) but none of them working right now. This issue came along with the new update of Windows 11 update. Been trying so many option on the web but the Bluetooth issue is still there (either no sounds or lagging). Does anyone facing this kind problem too? Why Microsoft make a new update and came along with a Bluetooth issue??

    I have the exact same problem. Tozo T6 earbuds stopped working after Windows 11 update. They still work fine with my other devices.
