Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

Reposting this again in case some missed it. Tozo will replace the earbuds free of charge with NC9 pair, which are more expensive than original T6 - and they work beautifully.

Thank you for the suggestion! I definitely plan to buy new earbuds that are NOT from Tozo. A terrible customer support experience.

Nope. They didn't do it for me. I think you just have to get to the right person there. But they refused to replace mine. I am no longer purchasing any more Tozo products.

    I got a response from ******@tozostore.com.

It took me two episodes, but the second guy was very workable, sent me replacement T6s, saying they had addressed the issue. They worked immediately on my Windows 11 system.
