Sorry to hear that. Maybe they have someone monitoring this thread, as it has been going on for a few months now, with a lot of people having the same problem.
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-03-18T21:19:56+00:00 Hello everyone.
To follow up on this topic, I finally decided to send a long explaining email to Tozo support. I asked for an acknowledgement of reading and receipt but did not receive anything.
No feedback, no answer, nothing... Maybe I don't have the right address?
I sent it to: info_at_tozostore_dot_com

2022-03-20T00:41:16+00:00 I had the problem with the newer model T12. After denying responsibility last year, this year I had a tech support person by email give apology and send a replacement that works on the laptop with windows 11.

2022-03-30T15:29:25+00:00 Hey everyone! I have had this same problem going on for about four months now, I think. I originally had the TOZO 6 headphones, and after the Windows 11 update, no sound came from the headphones despite being connected. I ordered the TOZO 12, thinking a more recent model would resolve the issue, but no luck. I did not reach out to TOZO since this was a Windows 11 issue. Windows support took me through the standard steps (uninstall the drivers, update my laptop, etc.) and eventually concluded that the headphones must be the problem despite the fact they were connecting to my phone just fine. I kept the TOZO 12 as backup headphones in case I lost the TOZO 6, but as a college student who attends Zoom, BlueJeans, and Microsoft Teams meetings every week, it's convenient to connect my headphones to my laptop. (Side note, for some reason, both headphones worked when I was in a meeting, but not out. I don't know if maybe the meetings app was doing something to get the sound to work correctly) But essentially, I came on here to say that if you are one of the people still going through this and, like me, did not want to go through the process of going back to Windows 10 and risking losing your data; then I recommend buying these headphones. I received them today, and they work perfectly. They fit comfortably in my ear, are wireless, have touch control, the sound quality is the same for TOZO, the price was pretty good, and the best part is they connect to my laptop! Usually, I don't comment on these things, but I just wanted to offer some help to those still struggling with it.
