Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

    Good Day DRichichards,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

First, can you please try to pair your earbuds using other device for us to check if the issue is with the computer or the earbuds itself.

If the earbuds does not work using other device means that the earbuds is faulty, check the battery charge.

If the earbuds works with other device let me know.

What is the exact model of your computer?

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and Manufacturer and post it here.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Hi Carlo,

First thank you for responding! The earbuds work with tablet and cellphone but not with the Surface Pro 7 laptop (Manufacturer is Microsoft).

    Any other suggestions?

    Thank you again!

    Diane

Would be nice to see Microsoft stand up once in a while and admit fault. Nine out of ten times when someone has an issue between a device and Windows they've already done the most basic of troubleshooting. And then when they get here, the answers they get are so awful you just want to bang your head against the wall and ask yourself why you bothered asking for help in the first place!
