Same here. It worked once and I was so excited that I came straight here and posted the solution only to find out that the music cut out as I was listening to music. This is the last tozo product I will ever own.
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-04-27T10:14:46+00:00 I just came across this thread after unsuccessfully trying to solve the issue myself. Oddly, the only time my headphones played any sound was following the suggestion to run the audio troubleshooter. Although the troubleshooter reported it couldn't discover any problems, sound suddenly started coming out of my T6s! I was excited and opened a radio station. It played but seemed to have slightly distorted sound. I started looking through the sound options to see if there was something to change, when suddenly the T6s stopped working again right in the middle of the music. The volume bar still indicated something was playing, but no sound from the headphones. Running the troubleshooter a second time did not restore sound. It's very frustrating to have sound for about a minute and then have it disappear again. Clearly there's something squirelly with the drivers. I'll have to keep looking for solutions.

2022-04-26T15:57:32+00:00 6 months and this is still an issue. What a joke. I have a couple sets of bluetooth earbuds but have just recently tried using these with my computer. Nothing I have tried works in order to hear audio for Zoom calls, YouTube, or anything. Thanks Microsoft for not providing a fix.

2022-04-07T16:08:32+00:00 Hi,
I finally received my new Tozo T6 earphones and they are working well with all devices, Windows 11 included.
For those asking for Tozo's support e-mail address, apparently the forum is hiding it, but it is easy to find here https://www.tozostore.com/support (Tozo Store Support).
Now the funny thing: the day I received the new earphones, I tried again the old ones with Windows 11 and... they worked! I don't understand why, but they did work. Maybe there was a problem with Windows which was fixed in one of the latest updates...
That's interesting.
My T6's still do not work on WIndows 11 and I keep WIndows 11 updated. Perhaps connecting with the "good" T6s it made your Windows 11 "aware" of something or whatever that now makes it recognize the old ones. That's a sketchy explanation based upon what little knowledge I have of how BT devices are recognized and configure under the hood with Windows 11. :p
Regardless... I finally did get a full refund from Tozo after many emails. But they gave me the impression it was with some bitterness on their part. I'm a bit gun-shy to purchase another pair of T6's, so I will be looking to buy a make/model.
