So looks like this is still an issue as of 8/3/22 cannot pair my T12s with windows 11.
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-07-21T17:04:11+00:00 Howdy, y'all. Same problem: T6s will pair and connect with W11Pro V21H2 but no sound. And even if the T6s are set as the default speaker, there's no sound. No issues with W10. I phoned Tozo Support and spoke with Kevin at (800) 282-9088. Very helpful; they deserve a big rai$e. There's an issue with W11 BT implementation but dunno if it's a bug or feature. Leave a voice message including your phone # and they'll phone back. HTH.

2022-07-10T15:50:18+00:00 Thank you for clarifying the situation about the Tozo-T6 ear buds. I had a feeling this situation was due to Microsoft. Now that I have the answer, I'm going to wait until Microsoft fix the situation. I will continue to test the Tozo T6 ear buds from time to time to see if they came up with a fix. I had to buy a Pollini headset for my connection to windows. I found out that, they work with Windows 11. It's not ear buds but it's better than nothing . Thank you once again.

2022-07-10T13:20:06+00:00 Hello to all!
I'm here to provide an update on my own situation.
I managed to get someone from TOZO support by email who was very efficient and sent me replacement earbuds.
And guess what?
They don't work on Windows 11 either, only Windows 10, my Andrpoid smartphone and my girlfriend's Iphone.
So I decided to buy new earbuds from another brand.
And guess what?
Still the same problem...
I spent hours and hours of research on the subject and it seems that the problem is actually coming from Microsoft.
But I still don't understand how such a simple and basic feature (especially in 2022!) is not well supported.
In short, none of this makes sense anymore...
