Mine shows its connected but no sound. Definitely windows 11 problem.
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-10-20T15:26:09+00:00 Hola. It's been a while since I first posted this. I was able to get Tozo to replace my earbuds with an updated version that is compatible with Windows 11. Those work fine.
Just a thought, you might try rolling your system back to Windows 10 (if possible) and seeing if your earbuds magically repair themselves. With the Tozo ones, it clearly ended up being a compatibility issue that they were able to fix with a patch.

2022-10-20T14:31:40+00:00 same story with Aukey EP-T21 earbuds (works flawlessly EVERYWHERE except in Windows 11 devices).
Aukey support ended up saying "buy other model since that one is not supported in Windows 11" and I believe them: there is no way/trick that works, have tried EVERYTHING. Absolutely a Windows 11 related problem the device connect but do not play audio (and have to say connection too is not stable, have never seen!)

2022-10-13T18:01:55+00:00 Microsoft,
When do you plan to fix this? It's very frustrating to otherwise loyal customers. Unfortunately for you, I have not had any issue with my iOS devices and am in the market for a new computer for unrelated reasons. It would be a shame for you to lose my business as a result of your inaction on this.
Very respectfully,

2022-08-24T21:31:20+00:00 Now this is just extremly embarassing for Microsoft. Windows 11 is ****. It comes with so many bugs and issues - Such as this one. It's purely Microsofts fault and they don't even bother ADRESSING this bug. It has been a thing for almost a year now and It makes me regret buying a windows device. Now I can't use my headphones with my new laptop.
Fix your stuff, Microsoft
