Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound

Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

    I'm having the same problem since upgrading to windows 11. The Tozo earbuds connect to my laptop but the audio still comes from the laptop speakers.

    I have the same problem. Tozo T6 earbuds working fine until I upgraded to Windows 11. Earbuds are connected and paired, but no sound comes through. Please Microsoft let us know when you fix this!!

    I have the same exact issue. My Tozo T6 earbuds worked with Windows 10 but after the update to Windows 11 they no longer work. Please help! I have a Surface Pro 7.

    PS. My earbuds work well in other computers.

    I never received a response from Tozo. My wife has identical Tozo 6 earbuds, bought at the same time. Hers continue to work, as she hasn't done the Windows 11 update. This is clearly a Windows 11 issue. Other earphones work fine with my Windows 11 system, including other bluetooth ones. It seems to be a Tozo-Windows 11 issue only.

    I am also having the same problem with my Tozo 12's. They worked fine b/f upgrade to 11. They still work fine with my phone. They sound like they connect, they show they are connected, and yet no sound comes through. It sounds like this issue has not been fixed by Tozo or Microsoft yet? Hope it is fixed soon. Interestingly, I have another headset that took some work, but it is now working fine with the upgrade, but Tozo12 still does not work.
