Unfortunately, this temporary solution isn't working on my Windows 11 system. Thanks for posting though!
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-01-02T20:05:48+00:00 a temporary solution which I found on another forum, which I tried for my TOZO earbuds and solved my problem.
"NOTE: The sound quality is bad and sometimes you should do it many times until it works but if you don't have any other way try this.
- Right-click on "This PC" and click "manage".
- Click "Device Manager" open "Bluetooth" list.
- Disable "Haylou-GT1 Avrcp Transport" and "Haylou-GT1".
- Turn off the bluetooth and then turn it on again.
- Now enable only "Haylou-GT1".
- You should find Haylou-GT1-Hands-free in the volume select it and it will work."

Brilliant!!!
It worked for my Tozo too.
Maybe this is the interim general device fix until Microsoft effects a general fix.
