This worked for me for about 4 seconds and then back to nothing. I have resigned myself to not being able to use my Tozo T6 earbuds with my PC
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-01-15T03:08:32+00:00 I'll add another one to the pile...
I have Tozo T6 earbuds. None of the suggested solutions works for me. The earbud mic works fine, but I get no audio. This happened when I updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Windows 10 worked fine.
I contacted Tozo and they said it's a Windows 11 problem. It appears that Microsoft is the provider of the Tozo T6 driver, according to the device manager, so I reckon they are correct.
Thanks, Microsoft, for the wonderful Windows 11 experience. :-/

2022-01-12T04:58:45+00:00 This is a pretty serious issue, considering TOZO T10 is the #4 Best seller in Earbud & In-Ear Headphones on amazon and TOZO T6 are #7:

They're used by millions and millions of people. I'm sure microsoft is on it... It's a driver missassignment issue, windows identifies the wrong driver somewhere deep in the system code, but nothing on the surface appears to be awry, unless you look very very deep and go through every possible step.
MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of people use these earbuds. Get your things together Microsoft and TOZO, this is serious!!!

2022-01-11T16:26:25+00:00 A whole lot of people have replied with the same exact issue. Like you, most (including me) report that the problem only occurs with a Windows 11 system. So, I think it is safe to conclude that it is a Windows 11 issue. I have found no workaround and am simply waiting at this point for Windows 11 to fix it through an update.
