Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

It's February 6th and the problem still persists. Microsoft Support was of no help. My Tozo 12's and also my Beats won't work. There is no sound. It is definitely a Microsoft problem.

February 4, 2022. The issue still occurs.

    Microsoft didn't fix it yet.

Tozo still sells none function Earbuds.

Also experiencing this problem into the beginning of February. I tried a lot of troubleshooting steps and checking on and off Output defaults. Would periodically turn off my Tozos, disconnected/remove them from my laptop. Then I would turn on/off bluetooth for several periods of time. I noticed weird lag moments when I would do some of these, so I didn't really pay it any mind, but about the 4th or 5th time my computer completely crashed with a glitchy screen-tear blue screen. Really spooked me. This laptop is relatively new (an HP Pavilion) and has minimal software installed on it- so I don't know where that came from.
