Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

It seems pretty clear that a whole lot of people with these earbuds lost functionality after a Windows 11 upgrade. Tozo has been unresponsive to me in my efforts to reach out to them about it. Nor has Microsoft done anything to rectify the situation as of yet.

I reached out to Tozo: ******@tozostore.com and explained the issue I was having with my Tozo 6 and shared this thread within the email.

Tozo offered a replacement as they had fixed the issue.

Today I received my replacement and have been able to link the ear buds to cell, tablet, and PC using Win 11.

So thankful they work. Hope this helps others.

a temporary solution which I found on another forum, which I tried for my TOZO earbuds and solved my problem.

"NOTE: The sound quality is bad and sometimes you should do it many times until it works but if you don't have any other way try this.

    1. Right-click on "This PC" and click "manage".
    2. Click "Device Manager" open "Bluetooth" list.
    3. Disable "Haylou-GT1 Avrcp Transport" and "Haylou-GT1".
    4. Turn off the bluetooth and then turn it on again.
    5. Now enable only "Haylou-GT1".
    6. You should find Haylou-GT1-Hands-free in the volume select it and it will work."

    Brilliant!!!

It worked for my Tozo too.

Maybe this is the interim general device fix until Microsoft effects a general fix.

I just tried Tozo T-12. Settings shows as connected but no sound to the buds on this windows 11 updated laptop.

Buds are new and work fine on iPhone. Diagnostic not finding issue.
