Interesting. The replacement ones I got are working fine with Windows 11. Wonder what this is about.
Windows 11 Update - Tozo t6 Earbuds no longer have sound
Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

2022-07-10T13:20:06+00:00 Hello to all!
I'm here to provide an update on my own situation.
I managed to get someone from TOZO support by email who was very efficient and sent me replacement earbuds.
And guess what?
They don't work on Windows 11 either, only Windows 10, my Andrpoid smartphone and my girlfriend's Iphone.
So I decided to buy new earbuds from another brand.
And guess what?
Still the same problem...
I spent hours and hours of research on the subject and it seems that the problem is actually coming from Microsoft.
But I still don't understand how such a simple and basic feature (especially in 2022!) is not well supported.
In short, none of this makes sense anymore...

2022-05-22T16:48:51+00:00 Same here. It worked once and I was so excited that I came straight here and posted the solution only to find out that the music cut out as I was listening to music. This is the last tozo product I will ever own.

Ok. I'm going to give it a third try. If that fails, then goodby Tozo. I'll buy from another manufacturer.
