Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

So, this is caused by a driver problem.

    • The first time that I added the TOZO T6 on my PC, it was detected as a hands-free device, and I didn't offer an option to change it to the stereo one.
    • The next time that I paired it, it was connected as a stereo headset and didn't output any audio anymore, leading me to this post.

So I tested a number of Bluetooth configurations, and at last, I played with the devices on Device Manager. There's an order to get the hands-free functioning.

    • First, you add the T6 normally.
    • After that, you go to the device manager and disable both TOZO T6 devices.
    • Then, you go to the Bluetooth devices, disconnect the T6, wait a few seconds and turn off the Bluetooth.
    • At this point, your T6 will be turned off or disconnected. Certify that they are indeed turned off and turn them on again, they will inform "pairing"
    • Turn on the Bluetooth in the Windows, and now your T6 will be paired as a hands-free device. The sound is crappy, but at least is usable.

Try this! This actually worked for me 👍 I have been trying to get these working for months and today came across this and thought I'll try it but betting it won't work as I had tried everything else!

But guess what! It actually did work!

Thank you for this post can now use my Tozo T6's again! 👍👌 Perfect!

Hola. It's been a while since I first posted this. I was able to get Tozo to replace my earbuds with an updated version that is compatible with Windows 11. Those work fine.

Just a thought, you might try rolling your system back to Windows 10 (if possible) and seeing if your earbuds magically repair themselves. With the Tozo ones, it clearly ended up being a compatibility issue that they were able to fix with a patch.

    Same problem here. Any resolution?

Troubleshooters have failed to fix the problem for a new Dell XPS with a Tozo-t6..

Other headphones work. Seems like an non-debugged Windows 11 issues.

    Hello everyone !

First of all, happy new year ;)

I have exactly the same problem with my TOZO-T12 earbuds.

They work fine on my Android smartphone and tablet. They also work on another Windows 10 PC and also on the PC that is problematic before switching to Windows 11.

But now on Windows 11, it's a disaster.

Even older Mpow Swift headphones work very well. Moreover, you will notice that the icon of the headphones differs between the two:

    Maybe a lead?

Of course, I tried all other possible solutions.

    Please HELP !
